I lost 90lbs. This is how I eat 🙃

1 thing I didn’t do to lose 90 pounds is eat flavorless food. I ate good. I ate real food. I control the prep.

What does that mean? Barely went out to eat. It’s so easy to go over your macros/calories when you don’t know what they used and how it was prepared.

I stuck to real food and my inflammation went way down. I learned about cortisol levels and got those in check. I learned about how many calories my body needed. If I should fast or not. How much protein my body needed. I became fat burning machine. 👏👏👏👏

Everything I learned in my journey I put into that wellness guide. I have numerous videos explaining everything. It’s a golden gem. I wish I had this information 10 years ago.
