When you learn to love movement and see it as a reward instead of as punishment your life will change.

I get to move.

I have working legs, arms, lungs, heart and brain.

I get to sweat. I get to use my limbs. I am healthy.

Some people don’t have that luxury.

Carving out 30 min, 45 min, 1 hour out of the day for myself is the best feeling ever. I don’t look at a workout as punishment. I look at it as something I get to do. It makes me feel good.

I’ve never regretted a workout.
