Starting your weightloss journey is not easy. I spent my 20s yoyo dieting! I never found a lifestyle or habits that stuck. The past 2 years have been the best of my life. I got tired of my own 💩 and did things the right way.
I got to work and learned about nutrition. I learned what my body needed and how to build habits that stick. It’s not about starving or restricting everything you love! I’m 31 and in the best shape I’ve been. I’m smaller and have more muscle than I had in HIGHSCHOOL. It’s insane. I look at photos and I can’t believe I did it because this wasn’t even the goal. I thought it was unrealistic.
Time goes by anyways friends! Who cares how long it takes!!!
