What are the 1-year reviews in part-time Sales Associate ✨?
Work 15 days 20K + salary??
We do at MERGE 🍊: 600 baths / day (not including commission) > > Currently, the team adjusts wages. < <
Many people may view cell work as a sale, but it's actually a lot more than that.
The first thing we get from being a Sales Associate is working with a lot of people, especially the stock team, the admin team, who have to keep talking, keep checking the information, because sometimes a little bit of misinformation affects both the customer and the team, making us better at talking, coordinating, and catching more details unconsciously.
Another thing I learned is that First Impression is more important than I thought. Customers do not just buy products, but also buy experiences, so we practice from greeting, talking, reading customers, to building connections with a variety of people, which is a skill that can be used everywhere.
We also worked with the VM team to make sure that the beautiful, nice-looking storefronts didn't happen on their own. Everyone had to take care and maintain their brand image.
This work also teaches us to solve problems a lot better, because each day has different things to deal with, customers, products or team matters, allowing us to practice talking directly, open up to other people's opinions, and find a middle ground to keep everything going.
But what really makes it one year is "teammates."
Good teammates triumph over half is very real. We are so attached to the team, customers and work atmosphere that we feel that each day is not only working, but also meeting familiar people.
Income is good (depending on team Commissions), but it comes with the same heavy responsibilities, dealing with customer emotions, solving specific problems, taking care of peaks, taking care of teams, and sometimes almost no time to travel.
