Air fryer recipe: honey garlic salmon bites
*most of this was measured with my heart :)
-2 salmon filets cut into cubes
-sprinkle over the following seasonings
- salt & pepper
- smoked paprika
- tony chachere’s creole seasoning
- olive oil
- hand mix and get everything all nice and coated
- toss in panko bread crumbs
- place in air fryer spaces apart and spray with avocado oil
- bake at 375 for 12-15mins
Honey garlic sauce
- ab half a cup of honey
- 3 tbs of soy sauce
- 1 heaping tbs minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- little salt & little lemon juice
*melt butter and then add everything to the sauce pan and just heat it up & then drizzle on top of salmon once it’s cooked!
It took like 20mins to make and was so stinkin yummy!!!
*I just placed mine over white rice and steamed broccoli
