Air Fryer Garlic Fries with Aioli Recipe
This makes enough for 1-2 people!
Ingredients:
• Potatoes (I used 2 medium potatoes)
• Olive oil
• Seasonings
• Parmesan (optional)
• garlic
Aioli:
• 1/4 cup mayo
• salt and pepper
• tiny squeeze of Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp garlic
• Slightly less than 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Cut clean potatoes into strips. Soak strips in ice water for 15-30 minutes.
2. Strain the water from the potatoes and press dry with a towel. Season with a small amount of olive oil and seasonings of your choice (I did pepper, salt, paprika).
3. Cook in an air fryer at 390°F for 20-24 minutes or until crispy. You want the outside to be crispy, but the inside should still have fluffy potato.
4. Mix your aioli ingredients in a separate bowl. Set aside
5. In another bowl, mix a small amount of olive oil, garlic, and parsley (fresh or dry). Mix the cooked fries in this mixture and serve with Parmesan on top. Enjoy with aioli!
