First day back at the gym

It’s been a little over a month since I’ve worked out, and I was miserable. I had to take pre work out to get me through, hated my outfit, and kept taking long breaks in between sets. But when I was done with my workout, I felt amazing.

The hardest part about the gym is showing up. So make that first step, or show up even if you don’t feel like it. Your mind and body will thank you ✨#gymsession #Lemon8Diary
