Afternoon most delicious tea set ever eaten
@ saatbkk (Science) - A shop that starts from selling dessert only by Japanese chefs like Chef Saki until there is a savory food for sale. And most recently, the chef launched afternoon tea set 🫖, which the chef applied Thai raw materials to eat in the afternoon tea set. I can say that our taste is really good. I really like it more than anywhere I've been. Anyone who likes to try both savory / sweet, many things. I really want to try it very much. And here, I serve an organic tea from the tea plantation in Chiang Rai. All delicious!! I really like it. 10 / 10 very much.
There are five savory and five desserts in Seth, starting with white rose water and sorbet ice cream 🍨, seasonal fruits, around which you taste pineapples 🍍 are very refreshing.

- Toast egg salad & pork cheeks. The bread and egg salad are very delicious. Cut with the guanciale. The pork cheeks are not too salty. It goes well together very well. But the bread, if the toast is crispy outside, is much softer than the niffin (but told at the store, they should be served in a new way. Delicious 100% sure)
-Potato bread kettle is a croquet filling. Very tasty.
- Shrimp dumplings. This is the peak, the bland face and the dough. To sum up, it is very delicious. The dough and the shrimp filling is very good. The sauce is very delicious.
- Poached eggs come smooth, chawamushi, Japanese.
Step with homemade brioche served with two kinds of butter and seasonal fruit jam (raspberry lychee). The bread is very fragrant. Jam is the best.

- Fruit jelly. Looks like this. Normally, other shops don't like it. But this one likes it because it's not too sweet.
- Canele, Tan dessert. I like it very much. It is very fragrant. It has a taste of Tan dessert. It is delicious and crazy because I already like Tan dessert.
- Matcha Egg Treats made in Madeleine, but this one, personally, is not quite dry. Maybe not perfect.
- Buloi Warabimochi, this one, MVP in dessert mode. I really like it. Very delicious. I want more!!!
-rare cheesecake Very delicious. Soft cheesecake. Straight crust mixed with dulcimer (coconut milk) is salty, good, delicious, not greasy.
