Using wild-caught shrimp packed with protein makes it both satisfying and light. I also experimented with a BBQ Chicken Bowl that combines grilled chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and zucchini, along with vibrant shredded carrots and pickled jalapeños. Mixing nonfat Greek yogurt with G Hughes Polynesian sauce not only boosts the protein content but adds tangy creaminess without the guilt. The versatility of these bowls makes meal prep easy, and you can customize the veggies based on what’s fresh. Another favorite has been the Chicken, Strawberry, and Spinach salad.
