Acknowledge your efforts, learn from your experiences, and remember that it's okay to not be perfect, besides no one is perfect

Embrace a growth mindset by believing that your abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. This mindset encourages continuous learning and resilience in the face of setbacks.

4. Surround Yourself with Positivity

Your environment plays a significant role in shaping your mindset. Surround yourself with positive influences, whether it's supportive friends, inspiring books, or uplifting environments. Distance yourself from negativity and toxic relationships even if those people are family, your mental health is the most important thing.
