Honestly the best tip for my adhd peeps

Day 13 of teaching you how to use ChatGPT so you don't have to learn alone.

If you're overwhelmed, always running late, or constantly forgetting appointments, this might be my favorite ChatGPT trick yet. Instead of manually adding events to your calendar, you can copy and paste an email, screenshot, or appointment details into ChatGPT and let it create the event for you. I even keep a scheduling Project so everything stays organized in one place. Save this for the next time someone sends you an appointment, and follow for Day 14.

6/26 Edited to

... Read moreManaging daily schedules can be particularly challenging for people with ADHD due to difficulties in remembering appointments and staying organized. One practical solution I've found involves leveraging ChatGPT's capabilities to simplify calendar management. Instead of manually inputting every event, I copy the details—whether from an email, a screenshot, or even a quick note—and ask ChatGPT to create the calendar event for me. This saves time and cognitive effort, which helps lower anxiety around scheduling. Setting up a dedicated project or folder for all scheduling-related items keeps everything centralized, so it's easier to track upcoming commitments. Integrating ChatGPT with tools like Google Calendar can further enhance productivity by syncing appointments automatically, preventing missed meetings. Personally, using this method has drastically reduced the feeling of overwhelm tied to managing multiple obligations. It also encourages timely attendance since I no longer have to rely solely on memory or manual entry. This AI-assisted approach can be a game changer for anyone struggling with ADHD or executive function challenges, as it brings structure and clarity with minimal extra effort. I highly recommend experimenting with this setup—start by prompting ChatGPT to parse appointment details and generate calendar events. Over time, you’ll notice improved punctuality and less stress around scheduling. Combining AI tools with your favorite calendar app offers an accessible productivity hack that turns chaos into calm.
