I've also experimented with drizzling natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness without overwhelming the natural tanginess of the yogurt. For an extra boost, try layering some chia seeds or flaxseeds for fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. If you like a tropical twist, shredded coconut and pineapple chunks work wonderfully together. I find that using Greek yogurt provides a creamier base with higher protein content, which keeps me fuller for longer throughout the morning.
