Sometimes life has a way of piling things on all at once.
This week marks one full week of me being completely non-weight bearing—learning patience in a whole new way and moving through each day much slower than I’m used to. At the same time, we’ve had the entire interior of our home painted, bringing a bit of chaos and disruption into daily life.
And then came the heartbreak.
One of my dearest friends lost her husband. A loss so deep and unimaginable that it instantly puts everything else into perspective. The inconveniences, the mess, the frustration—none of it compares to the weight of true loss.
If you are walking through something heavy today, please know I would be honored to pray for you. You don’t have to share details unless you want to—just know you’re seen and you’re not alone.
And if you are able, I ask that you please lift my dear friend and her family in prayer as they navigate this unimaginable loss. They could truly use every prayer right now.
Hold your people close. Love deeply. Extend grace. 🤍
