Stop letting the scale define your worth.
Sonya’s Story
I almost didn’t post this.
Seeing a professional photo from two years ago stopped me cold. I barely recognized the woman staring back at me—and not because of how she looked, but because of how she felt.
Back then, I was exhausted, unhappy, unhealthy, unbalanced, overwhelmed, and deeply discouraged. I was showing up to life, but not really living it.
Sharing this is vulnerable. But if someone scrolling today is quietly thinking, “I don’t feel like myself anymore,” then this is for you.
One of the biggest lessons I learned?
Stop letting the scale define your worth.
I’m grateful that version of me is behind me—but I’m even more grateful I didn’t quit on myself when it felt easier to do so.
This journey was never about quick fixes or perfection. It became about:
• Finding peace from the inside out
• Creating balance instead of burnout
• Letting go of comparison
• Releasing what no longer served me
• Fueling my body with real food
• Prioritizing strength over extremes
• Resting without guilt
• Making space for myself again
• Closing chapters that were keeping me stuck
If you’re reading this and thinking, “I want to feel better, but I don’t know where to start,” you’re not alone.
