Mongolian beef
This dinner was amazing!
Mongolian sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 1/2 tbs brown sugar
2 1/2 tbs hoisin sauce
1/3 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs corn starch
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
cook your 90% lean beef (1lb) with 3 cloves minced garlic and 1tbs minced ginger until brown. add the sauce and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and top with sesame seeds and green onion (as desired). it plates well with rice and steamed broccoli.
