ingredients:

pasta of choice

tomato paste

heavy cream

white onion

garlic

red pepper flakes

vodka

salt

pepper

onion powder

pasta water

directions:

boil pasta in water

In sauce pan, saute onion until translucent and then add the garlic until fragrant.

Add in tomato paste and stir till combined, then add red pepper flakes. Stir a bit more then add in vodka.

Stir in the heavy cream and mix till all combined and you get a nice orange color and sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper, & onion powder for taste.

Pour in the pasta water - either use the full cup or slightly less depending on the consistency you like.

Add in drained pasta & mix mix mix!
