Core Rising Workouts - Having an activated core to give your support throughout the day is a game changer. Not only do you feel stronger and more secure in your core. You signal your body to send more blood to your core since you strengthen and stretch the muscles in the area daily. Check out my 15-minute core rising workouts on my lives!

Nourishment - Adding more fruits and veggies throughout the day provides more energy and nutrients to support your core. I have a free food guide with tips for healthy eating that goes more indept on food. Link in bio.

Increase bowel movements - If you are eating three times a day, you should have at least two to three bowel movements. What goes in, must come out. If it doesn't, it is built up in your body, causing inflammation and pain.

Be Kind to yourself - You are who you say you are, so speak love and health over yourself. Dont claim anything that doesn't serve you, including disease. You can be experiencing a condition, but you don't have it. The more kind you are to yourself. the better you will care for yourself.
