Ingredients:
1 Sweet potato (cooked and peeled)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp sea salt
6 tbsp cacao powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Blend sweet potato with maple syrup
Add all ingredients to bowl and combine until smooth
Line pan with parchement paper
Add batter to pan
Mix in chocolate chips
Cook for 35-40 min
