When it comes to buying a drink in a bottle, you have to be very careful about the ingredients and added sugars. These two drinks are my go-to's because they are made of all natural ingredients, also known as Whole Foods. Hydration is so vital for many functions in our bodies. It helps our organs function properly and delivers nutrients to our cells. It helps keep our joints lubricated. Hydration also helps prevent infections in our bodies and helps our muscles function properly. Drinking enough high-quality beverages will also lower inflammation in the entire body by flushing out toxins. The ingredients in all of these drinks are naturally occurring and are going to be very hydrating for our bodies. Gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO and super tasty!
