How much should I see a psychiatrist?
How hard is it to wait to see a psychiatrist?
The short answer is, "Go from the moment you start to feel like going."
No need to wait to be unbearable. Like we have a stomachache, go to the doctor. Our hearts can use the same standards.
Check out these five everyday signs that are happening to us:
1. Drink to get through this day: One day does not drink and does not start to live, or needs to increase in quantity.
2. Eating habits change: eat because you are stressed, full, and still eat, or are completely anorexic.
3. Plow the truth escape feed: play the phone to avoid overlaps. Time out for hours without really resting.
4. Crying without cause: Suddenly tears come out on our own because we may accumulate stress unconsciously.
5. Continuous insomnia: Sleep is the last stage affected by cumulative stress.
The key criterion is not whether it is heavy enough, but "we can control that behavior or it starts to control us."
If you start to affect your life or relationships, try to talk to a specialist. Visiting a psychiatrist does not mean that you are seriously ill, but a kind of self-care.
