My lower body is large so I need to boost my circulation as much as I can cuz I’ll start getting pain in my knee on the left side 😭 putting my feet up like this does wonders for my lower back also since I sit in an office chair allday! Reading my Bible is always on the agenda whether it’s in the morning or at night I’ll find a way to squeeze something in even if it’s a few scriptures. It's super simple: just lie on your back and rest your legs straight up against a wall. Even 10-15 minutes can make a huge difference. Circulation Boost: When you elevate your legs, gravity helps drain accumulated fluid from your feet and ankles, which can reduce swelling and improve blood flow back to your heart. For someone like me, with a larger lower body and prone to knee pain, this is crucial. It really helps to combat that heavy, tired leg feeling. Lower Back Relief: Sitting in an office chair all day can really wreak havoc on your lower back. Elevating your legs takes pressure off the spine, allowing those muscles to relax and decompress.
