Food controls so much of our lives, so how are you managing it? 🫶🏽 My #girlpov is that I use it to work for my body and not against. I switched to a high protein low calorie diet(because I love carbs 🤷🏽‍♀️🫠-but I eat in moderation too) to help tone my body & keep me feeling fuller for longer! My hormones are all over the place so I try to use this diet/lifestyle centered food change to help me keep them in check. So many women, like me, get older and struggle to maintain their weight but I find eating this way has changed the game 🙌🏽 Do you eat anything that you find helps with your hormones, weight loss, or mood?
