Fitness Journey as a Mom

I’m in a season where it feels like I’m starting over in my wellness journey. Motherhood changed my routines, my time, and my energy, so my goals have to change too. I want to build habits that fit the life I’m living now, not the one I used to have. With chronic illness, a baby, and limited energy, I need routines that meet me where I am. My wellness goals for this upcoming year are simple: realistic, gentle, and actually sustainable.

I went from 304 > 154 and now I’m battling a 70 lb weight gain since I gave birth to my son.
