I made the cheesecake strawberries!

I am so excited about how these turned out. I have started a new fitness journey, and I have had a hard time allowing myself to enjoy sweet treats. I have looked a lot on here for ideas, and this one comes up ALL the time; so I gave it a shot.

Ohmygod, they are DELICIOUS! They are the perfect snack for satisfying your sweet tooth!

2 lbs Strawberries

8 oz Cream Cheese

3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

That's all! And the best part is that 4 of these things are only (approximately) 120 cal!
