Realistic What I eat in a day ✨

As someone who’s trying to loose weight lol I go through some moments where I don’t want to eat as much. But this was yesterday’s meals. Also making sure that the meals i eat don’t spike my blood sugars since I’m a Type 1 diabetic.

Breakfast- Cinnamon oatmeal with apples (i did air fry them for 5 mins with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg)

Lunch- My little version of a snack wrap. I found these almond flour tortillas at target! So the serving size is 2 for 190 calories. Also this was my pre gym meal. (Don’t judge the presentation of the food but the flavor was there.)

Dinner- So after the gym I had left overs so this was a ground beef and broccoli with some steamed carrots.

I wasn’t able to add but I had my kiala greens before the gym and an almond butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread to end off the night. #whatieatinaday #unaesthetic #healthylifestyle2024
