• Vegetable oil, for frying

Preheat oil over medium heat. In a large bowl, combine ingredients. Stir until mixture becomes batter. Lower the heat after oil is hot. Drop batter into oil in increments. Fry until browned on all sides, then remove and place on paper towel to dry excess oil.
