Air-fryer buffalo cauliflower bites

12 oz Marketside fresh cauliflower florets (1 bag)

1/4 cup Great Value vegetable oil

1/2 cup Great Value corn starch

1 oz Great Value ranch salad dressing mix (1 packet)

12 oz Great Value medium wing sauce

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

Open the top of the bag of cauliflower florets and carefully pour in the olive oil. Fold the bag closed and lightly shake to evenly coat the cauliflower in the oil.

In a medium-size mixing bowl, stir the cornstarch and ranch salad dressing mix to combine. Add the cauliflower florets to the mixing bowl and tossed well to coat.

Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked cauliflower back to the mixing bowl and coat evenly in the wing sauce.

Return the cauliflower back to the air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes more, or until crispy.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or blue cheese crumbles.
