is this normal?

So I’ve never really dealt with any chest pain. I get light headed when I stand up. I’m always tired and have no energy but I also can’t sleep when I lay down.

This so probably isn’t the best place to go to for medical advice, however, does anyone else suffer from symptoms like this with a heart rate that jumps that high?

Or am I fine and the internet has scared my subconscious into thinking I have every disease under the sun?

Mine has been to 32 and 190

I have these happen, at first I had hyperthyroidism, then I got my thyroid taken out and now I have Hypothyroidism. With having hypothyroidism my heart rate looks JUST like that. Maybe get your thyroid levels checked out, especially if temperature differences are more noticeable, and mood has been really weird.

I have recently been having short and light periods which are often only 24 hours of light/medium flow and then extremely light bleeding/spotting for another couple of days.
