New souls in spirit: This is an extremely sensitive subject and mature content.

When I take on a newly missing person case I am always mindful of a few factors.

1/ How are spirits feelings towards their own death or murd3r?

2/ What degree of confusion or trauma are spirit experiencing about their own death.

If I find spirit are having difficulty articulating and become confused during my sessions I allow them time to heal before I continue.

Although most souls do cross over immediately after death with the help of Angels, Guides or Family assisting them with their transition, some souls will take allot longer than others to get to that stage of crossing into another realm of existence and continue with their healing and growth. So some spirit stay earth bound (for many different reasons) and that can sometimes impact communication to some level, especially when they’re new to death and understanding how it all works especially with communication (when we die we no longer have a voicebox) so therefore we-have to learn to communicate by manipulating energy.

When police contact me regarding a missing person case, I’m hesitant (especially) if they’re new to death and are in the process of accepting they’re infact deceased (as we experience trauma here on earth, some spirits experience trauma in death) especially souls who were murd3red or died suddenly.

As you can imagine some people’s last moments and experiences here on the earth realm are extremely heinous (sudden car wrecks, tragic deaths, murd3r, su:cide, etc) this can sadly cause the soul to be in a state of shock causing some degree of confusion. They have just lost their earthly identity, their family, their friends, and the life they once knew is now over. So, the soul goes through massive changes.

I’ve heard all the fluffy fairytale stories of nonsense that everything is love and light as soon as you die and it’s all glory and wonderful, well this is not exactly truth especially for some souls. There’s allot that goes on in the afterlife that’s not spoken about enough and that’s the healing process for spirit living a new existence in a different life form from flesh to spirit.

When a friend of mine committed su:cide we had extensive conversations before she crossed over and after she crossed over to the light. There is a place like a hospital, but far more advanced than the earth realm, that takes care of fragile souls (victims of murd3r, su:cide depression, souls struggling to come to terms regarding their earthly death and a new way forward for that soul) a true place to heal before the next chapter of their new life experience, a new form of living without a physical body of flesh, the family and friends they once had here on the earth realm. This is big stuff and extremely important to talk about.

The subject of spirit healing and needing time to adjust is paramount for that soul to heal, evolve and communicate with the living (if they so wish). Some spirits can communicate well immediately, some can take many years and some will never want to remember their death especially if it was a tragic end, and some spirits have no recollection at all regarding their earthly lives.

Many (but not all) souls need time before we just jump on doing sessions and start contacting them in spirit.

Missing persons cases (especially involving children) can also be difficult for the medium, but, with a close bond and connection with your guides, angels, guardians you have a good chance of them communicating. Especially if you’re trying to help that soul on an open police case. The young soul (but not always), will usually come on and talk with you even if they’re confused, vulnerable and still fragile. We do sometimes have spirits family members (in the heavenly realm) talk on the soul’s behalf. If a soul is showing signs of distress, we call upon our guardians and pray. We will not visit that soul again for another 4-6 months if they’re distressed.

So, communication can be mixed for myself, the medium and the spirit. We feel empathy and compassion for that soul so we tune into their psyche and (sometimes) spirit will give us information which is confusing and conflicting especially those souls who died a horrendous death.

I spoke with a friend of mine last week who is also a medium. I sent her a case and she stated the same thing, a newly missing persons case that’s giving her conflicting information. This is common with new souls in our work. It’s also difficult to explain this process to the police but I’m very honest with my work and do give police what I receive no matter how big or small that information may be. Some spirits are still fragile even years after their death, so please remember that when you communicate with them. They’re people too.
