About 5 green peppers

⚪ Oyster sauce 1.5

⚪ ︎ beet sugar large 1

⚪ ︎ Mirin Large 1

⚫ ︎ Potato starch 1 / 2 (Hideaki Tokunaga with water 1)

⚫ ︎ Sharpening powder small 2

[How to make]

① Cut the green pepper into small pieces, and cut the atsuage in half and cut it into 8 equal parts.

② Lightly fry minced pork in a frying pan, then add deep-fried pork and bake until browned.

③ Add green pepper and stir-fry, then add ⚪ ︎ seasoning and simmer.

④ When it is cooked, turn off the heat, add water-soluble potato starch and mix.

⑤ Add the shaving powder, turn on the heat and boil again to complete!
