It's important to recognize that this cycle often shifts focus away from building a healthy, meaningful connection and more toward winning fleeting attention. Stability, in contrast, is marked by reliable and consistent behavior, fostering trust and emotional safety. In my journey, learning to distinguish between momentary intensity and true stability was a turning point. Instead of chasing someone’s mixed signals, I shifted my attention inward, strengthening my self-worth and emotional boundaries. This mindset helped me break free from confusing patterns and eventually attracted healthier relationships.
