2 cups white corn syrup

1 tps salt

2 cans evaporated milk

bring to boil

stirring constantly, pour in 2 cans

evaporated milk a little at a time

taking about 10 minutes per can

should start to get nice and dark

add a thermometer and bring the caramel

up to 235-250 degrees

pour in a pan lined with parchment

sprinkle with salt.

let cool completely , then refrigerate

30m before cutting
