• Micro-breaks: Try the Pomodoro technique (25 minutes of work, 5 minutes of rest) or stretch every 1 hour to reduce eye and brain fatigue.
• Look for positivity and celebrate small achievements: Don't wait for a big project to succeed. Just clear all the emails or complete a small piece of work in time.
