9 Behavior makes life better
Small behavioral adjustments in daily life can create great changes in the long run. These are nine behaviors that will improve your life physically, mentally, and functionally.
1. Wake up at the same time every day (and drink water immediately)
Waking up at the same time helps balance the Circadian clock\: Rhythm, allowing the body to secrete hormones normally, and drinking a glass of water immediately after waking stimulates the excretory system and hydrates the brain.
2. Plan a new day from the previous night
Take 5-10 minutes before bed. Write "Top Priorities" the next day. This will reduce the morning stress and make you start your day in a direction.
3. Practice mindfulness and stay with the present (Mindfulness)
Try to spend five to 10 minutes a day sitting quietly, focusing on your breath, or practicing "rejection of the screen" for the first 30 minutes after waking up so that your brain can start your day with peace, not being stimulated by news or social media.
4. Manage money with the "save before use" rule.
Every time income comes in, deduct savings or invest at least 10-20% and then spend the rest. Having an emergency reserve will greatly reduce life anxiety.
5.Exercise regularly
No need to go to the gym. Just walk fast, move your body, or stretch for 20-30 minutes a day. The body secretes endorphins and dopamine, which boosts energy and keeps you in a good mood all day.
6. Read a book or learn something new 15 minutes a day.
Collecting a little knowledge a day is like compound interest, choosing to read an interested book, listen to a useful podcast, or take a short course to constantly update your skills.
7. Practice being a good listener and say thank you as a habit.
Listening attentively helps build good relationships with those around us, and saying "thank you" sincerely (including remembering the good things that happen each day or Gratitude Journaling) will help us to be more positive.
8. Organize the environment around (Decluter)
Cluttered desk, chaotic home, unconsciously affect brain stress, try to throw away unnecessary items, clean the bedroom and desk, comfortable vision eye will result in a more calm and focused mind.
9. Get quality sleep (7-8 hours)
All behavior will be fruitless if you do not rest enough. Sleep is to repair the worn parts and organize memory. Try to refrain from playing with your mobile phone one hour before bed, so that you can read sleep as deeply and efficiently as possible.# Change to make your life better
