Salmon Avocado Bowl

This easy and delicious recipe takes less than 20 minutes to make for lunch or dinner.

Start by marinating the salmon with:

- Paprika, salt, pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and old bay seasoning.

Then you air fry the salmon for ~15 minutes or more (I like it when it's brownish). Once it's cooked, you will pull it and mix with mayo and Sriracha sauce (measure with your heart ❤️). Once you have mixed all that, you can add green onions as a topping.

I build my bowl with rice, the salmon, a tomato and cucumber salad, baked sweet potatoes (optional), and don't forget the avocado. Top it off with sesame seeds and enjoy!
