Physical Therapy at Home

Let’s do some PT at home 🤞🏾

Alright! We’re back with some PT y’all.

For those of you who are new I’m in Physical Therapy for spondylosis management. Spondylosis is a fancy word for arthritis in the back.

Meanwhile I have a whole separate theory of my symptoms. Which the good news is, this PT treatment is treating them all. So hey-a win is a win.

I’m noticing these exercises are targeting muscles that have “fallen asleeep” since my 3rd c section.

“Fallen asleep” meaning they haven’t engaged properly since my 3rd c section. Which I believe is due to peripheral nerves still struggling to regenerate completely.

I’m noticing these muscles are engaging longer periods of time and they stay engaged instead of losing their endurance with longer activation times. Which is the goal.

So the mission is build these nerve regeneration to build these muscles back up in order to support my bones, veins, circulation and my overall quality of life 🤞🏾😉🤍
