For the base & filling:

• 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers 🍪

• 2 (3.4 oz) boxes vanilla instant pudding mix 🍮

• 3 cups cold milk 🥛

• 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (thawed) ❄️

• 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨

For the chocolate ganache topping:

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫

• 1/2 cup heavy cream 🥄

• 1 tbsp butter (for that glossy finish!) 🧈

Instructions

1. Mix the filling

In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk & vanilla until smooth 🥣

Fold in Cool Whip until creamy dreamy perfection 💭

2. Layer it up (or not!)

In a 9x13 pan:

• Add a layer of graham crackers 🍪

• Spread half the pudding mixture 🍮

• Add another layer of grahams

• Spread remaining pudding mix

• Top with final graham cracker layer

3. Ganache magic

Heat cream until just bubbling 🔥

Pour over chocolate chips & butter, let sit for 2 mins ⏳

Whisk until glossy & smooth, then pour over cake 🍫

4. Chill out
