(There is another reason why I chose this yakiniku! The salty taste of soy sauce base is perfect for rice, not the sweet taste that you often see in Rainbow!)

When the rice is cooked, add water (less water than usual white rice) and spread the mushrooms on it.
Next, put the marinated yakiniku on it and just press the rice cooking button! 👍
2️⃣ ready:
Since yakiniku is on top, it does not stick to the pot, but the fat and seasoning soak into the mushrooms and rice below, and you can make even more scorched rice!!
When it's done, mix the whole thing and the scent sticks in your nose 🤤
When serving, I laid lettuce on the bottom and sprinkled green onions on top (this also contains vegetables [Moe Moe R]).
This yakiniku is marinated in advance and has a lot of moisture, does not become hard when cooked, and has a rich taste, so in fact, there is almost no need to add seasoning to the rice, and it is okay to add a little salt ~
