Protein balls for my sweet tooth

When I’m Craving Something Sweet 🍫🍯

Cravings happen, but you don’t have to sacrifice your goals to satisfy them! Here’s my go-to healthy dessert when I want something sweet but still want to stay on track:

✨ Oat Bran Chocolate Chip Delight/ protein balls ✨

Ingredients:

• oat bran 🌾

• protein powder 💪🏼

• chocolate chips 🍫

• Greek yogurt 🥣

• honey 🍯

• almond milk 🥛

• Cinnamon 🧂

Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the oat bran with almond milk and let it soak for 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Stir in the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.

3️⃣ Add the chocolate chips for that perfect touch of sweetness!

4️⃣ Roll into balls and pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill, or enjoy it right away!

I usually just mix it all at once!

🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳pop in the air fryer for a yummy warm treat!!

This dessert is packed with fiber, protein, and just enough sweetness to curb those cravings without going overboard. Plus, it’s super quick and easy to make!

I included the measurements and ingredients above with the macros. I WEIGH out everything so each time it’s a bit different but that’s the gist!

Perfect for post-workout snacks or a midday treat, these energy-boosting bites can be customized with your favorite ingredients. To make your protein balls even richer in flavor and nutrition, consider experimenting with add-ins like nuts, dried fruits, or superfoods like chia seeds and flaxseeds.
