Hi my name is Tammy Mcdonald, I am the owner and creator of apollos crafty shack, Im a mum of two boys. I also run a small holding farm (which is not a working, money earning farm) most of the animals here are just pets/rescues and every penny i make from apollos crafty shack goes towards feeding the animals in have here. I am also a carer for my mum and my partner plus the whole farm is a redevelopment project. So yes I have a lot on my plate (more than one plate) most of the farm is delt with my me only but on the rare occasion I have an hour or two help.
I struggle with depression and anxiety, which leaves me in a rut most days never wanting anything for myself. My most asked question is "how do you do it" my answer is i really dont know it just has to be done. But in reality for my to do something for someone something has to suffer at home (usually my washing or washing up or something other part of the house work) I have many people tell me they would love to own a farm but believe me when I say make sure you have a support system and help because it is draining mentally physically
My passion is animals and creating everything from clothing to hand made cards to photo albums and journals there isn't much I cant do and if I don't have the right machine ill find a way of doing it. And I love it its not only something I love but its an escape and im so excited to be coming back this year all in time for Easter. 💪💪💪
