The one I always do when enoki is cheap

Always have pizza cheese!

I like Donki because it's cheap!

・ Pizza cheese

・ 1 teaspoon of consomme or chicken stock

・ Potato starch tablespoon 3

・ Water 30cc

· Sesame oil tablespoon 1

[How to make]

1. Cut the enoki mushrooms into small pieces!

2. Mix everything except cheese in I-Wrap!

3. Spread on a frying pan and bake on both sides

4. Spread cheese on one side of the baked

5 Cover and melt

6. Turn over to finish and make the cheese crispy
