For the past few nights, I've been drinking:

🍒 2 tbsp Tart Cherry Juice

🍎 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

💧 4 oz (½ cup) Water

About 30–60 minutes before bed.

I started doing this because I wanted better sleep and recovery, and I was surprised by how much it helped.
