Being Criticized…

“You need to get a job, don’t depend on that man.” “What if this happens and you don’t have this and you ain’t got that.” Blah, blah, blah. We all are different Chile. Some of us are taken care of and some of us take care of. 🫢 (That’s another topic for another day.)

The 𝒐𝒍𝒅 me use to be so defensive and I would over explain myself as a woman and my position in life. What do I bring to the table? Tuh, I am the table! (My husbands words.) Listen, you have to trust you. And trusting God first and foremost is nonnegotiable to me! You have to remember who you are and WHOSE YOU ARE! Listen to His voice and tune out everything & everyone else! It’s just noise! My journey doesn’t look like everyone else’s and that is better than okay, k. Okay. I know what I pray and prayed for! I wanted to be home being a 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑾𝒊𝒇𝒆, 𝑪𝑬𝑶 𝑶𝑭 𝑯𝑶𝑴𝑬! I wanted to have multiple streams of passive income from the comfort of my home and I’m doing that! So, all the what ifs…what if it works!!?? Cause it’s working!!

Chile, don’t let anyone tell you what you can and cannot do. Or who you can and cannot do it with! I thank God for His grace & mercy. And remaining faithful to me, especially in times when I was unsure about myself. I want to thank me, for remaining true to me and my vision. 😌🤞🏽🙏🏽
