Homemade Salsa For Canning

📒Notes: I found that keeping the sugar is when my family and friends enjoyed it the most. I’ve tried other sources of sweetness, but white sugar was the winner every time.

📒Notes: Adjust the cilantro and jalapeño according to your taste. I use 1/2 jalapeño and find it perfect as a mild salsa.

📒Notes: If you prefer more of a thinner salsa use only 1 to 2 tablespoons tomato paste, otherwise keep adding until you’re happy. Depending on the vegetable moisture, you may have to add more or less than usual so I always add this separately so it can be adjusted.
