Now ofc there are LOTS of other products to use while tattooing or even prepping the area in order to start tattooing.
• My main product is “stencil stuff”
When i apply that you guys think its numbing cream, I’m assuming because its clear & also probably because your scared & that’s what your hoping for 😭 but no it helps to apply the design on your skin, which is called a stencil. Think of it as creating a coloring book but on the skin.
• Triple black ink:
Is literally one of the best inks ive used, better than the regular dynamic ink. Everybody has there option on what ink is best but this is the one that i came across that works for me. My tattoos heal very great! If anybody has any other recommendation i would love to try! 😊
• Peppermint oil:
On my previous post i have 2 doves that looks real shiny so that is the oil that i use to take pictures after tattooing. You can also see it on the next slide of this post. It heals to reduce redness & soothes out the skin. It also makes the tattoo really pop 😍 so that is definitely one of my go to products
• Pink equipment with pink essentials:
Pink is mandatory! Im obsessed with it & it just gives me a real girly vibe, it’s warming & inviting. Even my house is pink 😭 all the girlies love it. Its a lifestyle that i live by 🩷

I’ve found that using 'stencil stuff' is crucial for creating a clean and precise design outline on the skin. Many clients mistake this clear solution for a numbing cream because of its appearance, but its real job is to transfer the stencil safely and accurately—think of it like turning skin into an artistic canvas.
When it comes to ink, I've personally switched to triple black ink and noticed my tattoos heal better and look richer compared to standard options like dynamic ink. Everyone has their favorite inks, but experimenting can help you find the best fit for your style and skin types.
Another standout product is peppermint oil, which I apply after tattooing. The oil not only helps reduce redness and soothes the skin but also gives the tattoo a subtle shine that really makes it pop in photos. I love using peppermint oil especially for those highlights that accentuate the tattoo's depth and detail.
Lastly, having pink equipment and essentials has become part of my personal brand and atmosphere. The color pink adds a warm, inviting vibe that clients tend to appreciate, creating a unique and friendly environment. It’s more than aesthetics—having tools and accessories that feel good to you can boost creativity and comfort during long sessions.
Managing these four products effectively has helped me improve tattoo quality and client satisfaction. For other artists looking to elevate their work, I recommend testing these staples and adjusting based on your own style and client needs. Always keep exploring new products and techniques because the right routine transforms your art and the healing experience for clients.
As a tattoo artist, what do you recommend to your clients to use after getting a tattoo? Aquaphor or something else? Just curious because every artist recommends something different.
Love this😍
