What is your assumption or belief in this system? Do you think it is flipping upside down. Will it get better with the top flip and the bottom flipping upside down? Are we due for a system wide change? This feels like an overload definitely by us seeing the patterns.

Four months apart, two men from the McPike Park encampment were killed by police. Eric Pottinger, forty-four, was shot by a Verona officer on March fifteenth. Corey Ruiz, thirty-eight, was shot by Madison police on July twenty-second. Both were *unhoused.

When the #Big6 are met — food, water, housing, utilities, healthcare, and education — people become much harder to control. No more manufactured desperation. No more survival fear. That's exactly why the system fights so hard against actually meeting basic needs.

Old news and in today's times and shoes perhaps it is where we should stand.
