Pregnant morning routine 🩵⛈️
Managing a morning routine at 36 weeks pregnant while looking after a toddler can be challenging but rewarding. From personal experience, I found that establishing a consistent schedule helped reduce stress for both me and my child. Starting the day with gentle stretches tailored for late pregnancy eased my back pain and increased energy levels. Preparing simple breakfast options ahead of time allowed me to focus on my toddler without rushing. Including nutrient-rich foods supported my pregnancy needs, and staying hydrated was a priority throughout the morning. I also made time for short mindfulness moments to stay calm during busy times. Incorporating my toddler into the routine, such as involving them in small tasks or playtime nearby, made mornings more enjoyable and fostered connection. Wearing comfortable maternity clothes helped me feel relaxed while managing daily activities. By adjusting expectations and allowing flexibility, I maintained a positive mindset and kept physical discomforts in check. Overall, combining self-care with attentive parenting created a balanced morning experience. Sharing these insights aims to encourage other moms in similar stages to develop their own personalized routines that support both pregnancy wellbeing and toddler care.
