It was a turning point in learning to understand, accept, and work through my emotions. IYKYK (If You Know, You Know) moments around postpartum rage are common in online mom groups and on platforms like TikTok. Many share memes and humorous anecdotes that help take the edge off by resonating on a personal level. Humor becomes a vital survival tool, allowing us to laugh through the tears and feel less isolated in these intense feelings. Importantly, postpartum rage is nothing to be ashamed of. It’s part of the broader postpartum experience that includes physical, hormonal, and psychological changes. Seeking support from loved ones, professionals, and peer communities can make a notable difference. Remember, you’re not alone, and your feelings are valid. Incorporating moments of laughter and connecting with other moms has helped me maintain a healthier mindset. It’s a reminder that while parenting is challenging, finding humor in the chaos can offer much-needed relief and resilience.
