The role of gratitude in my healing process

Looking back, I am grateful for every challenge, and setback that forced me to turn inward and discover the depth of my own strength. The moments that felt like breaking points were actually breakthroughs, guiding me toward a deeper love for myself. Every disappointment, every closed door, and every unanswered prayer was a lesson in self-worth, teaching me that my value isn’t defined by external validation but by the way I choose to honor and love myself. I am thankful for everything that made me realize that self-love isn’t just an option it’s a necessity.
