I feel like I havent been posting my finished books in a while, so here are some things I recently finished!

They are all 5⭐️ reads to me!

Weyward was not a type of book I would have normally picked up, but I am very glad I did! I listened to it, and it was amazing!

I was a little iffy about Shes Not Sorry because Mary Kubica has been making me mad with her books lately🤣 but when I saw it abailable on Hoopla I thought I would give it a try. Im glad I did because this one had me hooked! I was so shocked at the twist of events!

Obviously ai loved the Grandest Game. I wasnt as into it with out the Hawthorns as the main event, but I still love the teasers and events. Very upset it ended on a cliffhanger though- how will I make it a year?!!

What are your thoughts on these books?!

... Read moreI totally get that feeling of finishing a book and just needing to tell someone about it, especially when it's a 5-star read! It's been a while since I shared my latest literary adventures, but I'm so excited about these recent bookmarks that I had to jump on here. When you're searching for new stories or the next great title to dive into, it can be tough to pick, so I hope my personal experiences help you find your next obsession. First up, let's talk about 'Weyward' by Emilia Hart. Honestly, this wasn't on my usual radar, but I saw it popping up everywhere and decided to give it a listen. And wow, I'm so glad I did! It's a beautifully crafted novel that blends historical fiction with a touch of the mystical, following three different women across centuries who are connected by a shared power and a legacy of defiance. If you're into stories with strong female protagonists, a bit of magic, and a really atmospheric setting, you absolutely have to pick this one up. It delves into themes of nature, female strength, and resilience in a way that just captivated me from start to finish. It’s definitely one of those books that stays with you long after the final page. Then there's 'She's Not Sorry' by Mary Kubica. Now, I'll admit, Mary Kubica and I have had a complicated relationship with her previous books sometimes leaving me a bit frustrated! But this one? It totally reeled me in. I stumbled upon it available on Hoopla, and thought, 'Why not?' This psychological thriller delivered all the twists and turns I crave. It's about a nurse who starts a new job and quickly realizes something is very wrong with the patient and the family she's working for. The suspense builds perfectly, and just when I thought I had it figured out, Kubica threw in a curveball that left me genuinely shocked. If you love a good, intense thriller that keeps you guessing until the very end, make sure to add 'She's Not Sorry' to your reading list. It’s a masterclass in suspense. Finally, 'The Grandest Game,' which is part of 'The Inheritance Games' series. As a huge fan of the original series, I was prepped for another thrilling ride. While I initially missed the Hawthornes as the absolute main focus, the teasers and events in this installment were still incredibly engaging. It continues the saga of puzzles, riddles, and high stakes that fans have come to love, introducing new characters and deeper mysteries. The cleverness of the plot and the constant unraveling of secrets are just so satisfying. My only complaint? That cliffhanger! Seriously, how am I supposed to wait a whole year for the next one?! If you haven't started 'The Inheritance Games' series yet, you are in for an absolute treat – start with the first book and prepare to be hooked by this intricate world. Finding these 'new' and 'latest' bookmarks is always an adventure. I often find my next great read through recommendations from friends, book clubs, or even just browsing new releases on apps like Hoopla or Libby. What's been your latest 5-star read? I'm always looking for new titles to add to my ever-growing TBR!
